Tattooed on my arm, the words “To thine own self be true” anchor me and consistently remind me that speaking & living my truth, while sometimes challenging, is truly the only way. And in light of the menopause journey, something we have been taught not to talk about, I am more determined than ever to keep speaking, and loudly.
