Tattooed on my arm, the words “To thine own self be true” anchor me and consistently remind me that speaking & living my truth, while sometimes challenging, is far less frightening than the alternative - missing out on our true potential. We will explore how our self-talk can either hinder or help us, and how a slightly different word choice could make all the difference.
