You do not need to be a writer to participate. And, if you write, you are a writer! Our writing is a tool to help us untangle the voices in our heads and it is most effective when we approach our words with curiosity over judgment.

I encourage you to honor yourself by preparing for this weekend by making sure your people know that you are taking this time for yourself. Kindly request that you not be interrupted and make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable while we are in session.
