Do you ship to international locations?
At this time we ship to the United Kingdom, Canada and Germany.
Return Policy:
Most apparel can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Within this time window, apparel including shirts, tanks, and leggings can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size. Please Email us to initiate a return or exchange. We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges outside the 7-day window. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Pendants, glass blocks and cycling kits are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item in your shipment is damaged, please save the original packaging and email us. Items from the Cycling Kit Collection are not eligible for return or exchange as they are custom designed and made to order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
WEARABLES: Most of our items should be sent within 7 business days unless it contains leggings or still in production items. If an item is still in production and will require a longer lead time, this will be noted in the item description. Our custom leggings are made to order by Miami Fitwear and production times are likely to exceed four weeks. Please note: orders will not ship until all items from the order are available at our distribution center.
Actual shipping times will vary based on destination and any carrier delays.
JEWELRY: Sterling silver pendants will take up to 8 weeks to receive. Hand-stamped, patinated and filed by hand, each one of these unique sterling silver pieces won't go out the door until we are proud of them.
CRYSTAL BLOCKS: The crystal blocks ship directly from Lee Ware at unityglass.com in Lubbock, TX. They take approximately 1 week to ship. Visit his website to see more of his handcrafted glass.
What communication can I expect?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order is placed. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. For questions, email info@iamicaniwillido.com but we ask that you please not contact us about order status if we are still within the delivery windows quoted above.Do you offer price adjustments?
We occasionally offer sitewide discounts and sales on select merchandise. Please follow our accounts @IAMICANIWILLIDO on Instagram and Facebook to be notified. As a small business, we are unable to offer price adjustments on orders placed either before a sale is announced or after it is over. Many items on our website are made to order and can take between 3-8 weeks to receive. We appreciate your understanding!
How can I attend WORDSHOP™?
Wordshop™ can be attended in 3 ways:
- Live in NYC
- Live Streaming
- Recordings On-Demand
Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation from info@iamicaniwillido.com. For live-streaming, you will receive an email with a link to access the Wordshop™ via gotowebinar.com. Please be sure to have a pen and paper ready for the writing portion of Wordshop™. Wordshop is non-refundable.
How long after the Wordshop™ occurs can I expect to have the link to watch on-demand?
The link will be emailed from info@iamicaniwillido.com within 48 hours.
