This wordshop is open to the public and is for anyone ages 10 to 100+
Learn to catch yourself in moments of berating self-talk and to stop, edit, and rewrite that script into liberating self-talk.
Through storytelling and guided writing, participants will:
- Learn to recognize the negative core beliefs in their everyday self-talk
- Identify the words used in those internal conversations
- Redirect themselves, in real time, into more productive narratives.

Wordshops run approximately 60-minutes. Attendees will receive a link to join live as well as a recording link within 48 hours of Wordshop completion.
